Tender Are Invited For SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE FUEL STORAGE FACILITY (PHASE 1)
Scope of Work
The subcontractor shall be responsible for the supply and installation of a complete set of insulated fuel storage tanks located near the TEL (Temporary Beach Landing Facility), including the supply of the flexible piping required to transfer fuel from vessels to the insulated storage tanks.
The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
Civil Works
Site preparation and clearing of designated areas;
Excavation and backfilling of trenches;
Concrete works;
Fabrication and installation of inspection chambers/manholes;
Fabrication and installation of precast concrete structures/blocks.
Mechanical Installation, Piping, and Storage Tanks
Supply, installation, and connection of 36 ISO tanks (70, 000 liters each);
Supply and installation of transfer pumps;
Supply and installation of flexible fuel transfer piping from the Temporary Beach Landing Facility to the nearby ISO tank farm;
Supply and installation of piping systems, including supply, fabrication, and assembly to interconnect the tanks;
Supply and installation of piping protection systems, including sleeves and protective elements at road crossings;
Supply, installation, and connection of valves, fittings, and piping accessories;
Supply and installation of leak detection systems, joints, and related components.
Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Works
Execution of all electrical and instrumentation (E&I) works required for the system, including grounding and safety systems;
Supply and installation of lightning protection systems in accordance with the project drawings.
The installation shall also include all interconnecting piping between the tanks, as well as fuel transfer pumps for fuel distribution. |
